An elegant solution to a frequently thorny problem

During the development process neighbours can both be greatly affected and can significantly influence the success of a development project. This is particularly relevant in cities, where the works may affect a high number of interests and where access may be restricted. Even where the Party Wall Act does not apply or access is deemed unnecessary, it is prudent to keep neighbours informed and provide key project milestone and contact information. We are happy to act as intermediary where there is a need for careful management and we are experienced at dealing with project related neighbourly complaints and relations. We are also able to photograph and schedule neighbouring properties and highway land in order to reassure clients and neighbours and provide a record of its condition before construction begins.
